Mitsui Fudosan Co. announced that it will open two new commercial complexes in central Tokyo's Nihonbashi district on March 20. The commercial facilities, with a combined floor space of about 13,000 square meters, are located in two new Mitsui Fudosan-developed buildings.

Investment in the two neighboring buildings will total about JPY 40 billion. One of the buildings has 22 stories above ground and four below, and the other has 17 above ground and four below. One of the two commercial complexes, named Coredo Muromachi 2, will occupy seven floors of the 22-story building, from the first basement level to the sixth floor, while the other, Coredo Muromachi 3, will occupy five floors of the 17-story building, from the first basement level to the fourth floor.

The two complexes will have a total of 68 outlets, including restaurants and the Nihonbashi district's first cinema complex that has nine screens and a total of 1,800 seats.
