MIRAI Corporation (TSE:3476) entered into an agreement to acquire MI Terrace Hamamatsu and MI Cube Shinsaibashi for ¥5.2 billion on November 14, 2023. The acquisition will be funded from the issuance of new investment units, loans and own funds. Both the properties generate an annual rent of ¥270 million.
The closing of MI Terrace Hamamatsu is expected to take place on December 1, 2023 and MI Cube Shinsaibashi is expected to take place on March 1, 2024.
