Minor International PCL is planning to spend at least THB 40 billion through 2017 to expand its presence in Thailand and China and to buy new assets, Reuters reported. According to Trithip Sivakriskul, Corporate Chief Financial Officer, the company is planning to acquire at least one food asset in China in 2013. It is also seeking other assets outside China.
