Midsona AB (publ) (OM:MSON B) acquired Gainomax from Norrmejerier Ekonomisk förening for SEK 60 million on June 26, 2020. Gainomax had sales of approximately SEK 80 million in 2019. The brand is currently sold primarily in Sweden and Finland, but the rights cover all markets. The production of milk-based sports drinks will continue to be handled by Norrmejerier. Gainomax is expected to contribute with EBITDA margin well in line with Midsona AB group's and give a positive effect on earnings per share.
