MH Ethanol Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A023150) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 111,474 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The share repurchase program is valid until November 30, 2018. As of September 3, 2018, the company had 478,526 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 0 shares in treasury under other capacities.

The Company produces fermented alcoholics and refined alcoholics, which are used for making distilled spirits.
