Mexedia Società Per Azioni S.B. (ENXTPA:ALMEX) signed letter of intent to acquire 100% stake in Intermatica Spa for €10 million on July 18, 2022. The consideration value is estimated between €8 million and €10 million. The transaction is subject to due diligence process and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.

Management of Mexedia S.p.A. is leading the due diligence process for Intermatica Spa.
