Silverfish entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire The Aruba Project from One Bullion Limited for $2.17 million on March 6, 2023. Silverfish Resources will issue 13 million common shares to One Bullion Limited. Closing of the Acquisition is subject to various conditions including approval by the applicable authorities in Botswana.
The transaction is expected to close by April 30, 2023.
