　　On June 19th, MCC Group President Zhang Mengxing met Shenzhen Municipal Bao'an District Party Committee Secretary Huang Min. Both parties held talks on projects including the Shajing Golden Oyster Cultural Specialty Small Towns Project, Xiangshan Industrial Overall Planning Area Urban Updating Project, security housing construction, shantytown reconstruction and water environment governance, and eventually reached a consensus. During the meeting, Bao'an District Director Yao Ren and MCC Vice President Wang Shilei signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement Between Shenzhen Municipal Bao'an District People's Government and MCC Group on behalf of their respective parties.

　　President Zhang Mengxing said that MCC responded to the national appeal to play an active role in the development and construction of Shenzhen City 37 years ago, and created the world-famous 'Shenzhen Speed'. MCC is one of the enterprises that has been most successful in its transformation, applied itself to being the 'national team of metallurgical construction, the main force of capital construction and the pacesetter of emerging industries, insisting on taking the road of high-tech construction in the long term', and obtained striking achievements in specialty small towns, water environment governance, theme parks and security housing. He stressed that Bao'an District in Shenzhen City has prominent transportation strengths and profound industrial foundations; it keeps pace with the strategies of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Grand Bay Zone and possesses superposition advantages and huge development potential. MCC constantly regards Shenzhen as the main battlefield of future development and Bao'an as its preferred and key region for development in Shenzhen. In the future, MCC will invest superior resources into the new development of Bao'an to help both sides create a model of government and enterprise cooperation.

　　Huang Min introduced the development strategies and implementation of key projects of Bao'an District, pointing out that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Grand Bay Zone has been promoted to national strategy status, and both Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City have made a series of significant decisions and deployments. Bao'an District has proposed a modernized and international Binhai Bao'an with global influence, transforming Bao'an into a famous industrial city with quality and innovation features, and an energetic business-friendly and livable zone. At present, Bao'an District is implementing a series of significant construction projects including '2 centers and 1 pavilion', an international airport, an airport-railway comprehensive traffic hub, a future science city, Binhai Culture Park, Shiyan Lake International Academician Village, a comfortable housing project for talents, integrated water environment governance and so on. MCC possesses considerable strength in such domains as infrastructure construction, talent housing and security housing construction, high-end equipment manufacturing and specialty small towns. 　　During their time in Shenzhen, the delegation led by Zhang Mengxing also visited the MCC20 Group's Shenzhen Branch Company and made overall planning deployments for the market expansion of South China. At the meeting, Zhang Mengxing gave important instructions regarding the current reality of South China in 6 points: first, the MCC Group attaches importance to the market expansion of Shenzhen.
