ANNOUNCEMENT
Mermeren Kombinat AD Prilep has been informed that Pavlidis Monoprosopi A.E Marmara-Granites pursuant to Article 22, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Takeover of Joint Stock Companies of the Republic of North Macedonia, intends to make a takeover bid for all the ordinary shares with voting rights issued by Mermeren Kombinat AD Prilep.
