Merchants Bancorp : Bank of Indiana Adds to its Mortgage and Business Banking Teams

Koperski brings nearly a decade of experience to his new role at Merchants Bank. He most recently served as senior associate at Fairway IMC in Skokie, Illinois, north of Chicago, where he counseled prospective applicants and executed tailored financing strategies for each applicant. In this role, he was also responsible for analyzing loan applicant documents, maintaining loan applicant databases, and establishing long-term relationships with local real estate agents. In Koperski's new capacity, he will consult with clients and prospects, regarding their home borrowing needs, offering a variety of mortgage loan products. Koperski has extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers and current homeowners, providing guidance and support throughout the entire process.
