MEDIACAP SA (WSE:MCP) signed conditional investment agreement to acquire 51% stake in The Digitals Sp. z o.o. from Posella Limited and Frinanti Limited for PLN 8.6 million on December 14, 2013. MEDIACAP SA will acquire 1224 million shares of The Digitals in the transaction.

MEDIACAP SA (WSE:MCP) entered into preliminary agreements to acquire 51% stake in The Digitals Sp. z o.o. for PLN 8.6 million on January 29, 2014.
