Medclair Invest AB cancelled the acquisition of NoseOption AB.

Medclair Invest AB (NGM:MCLR) agreed to acquire NoseOption AB for SEK 48.8 million on March 23, 2021. As per the transaction, Medclair Invest AB will issue 32.5 million shares to the sellers of NoseOption AB. Medclair Invest AB (NGM:MCLR) cancelled the acquisition of NoseOption AB on April 1, 2021.
