Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 10, 2021, Kevin W. Emerson was appointed as Senior Vice President,
Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of McKesson Corporation ("McKesson" or
the "Company") on an interim basis while the Company completes its search
process for a permanent replacement for this position.
Mr. Emerson, age 49, joined McKesson in 2005 and has held many senior finance
and accounting roles in the Company, including Controller of U.S.
Pharmaceutical, and was most recently the Vice President, Corporate Initiatives,
progressing to his current role of Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief
Accounting Officer where he leads a team focused on global consolidations and
reporting, external (SEC) reporting, technical accounting, corporate general
ledger and financial applications.
Mr. Emerson has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration
from Washington and Lee University and is a CPA.
