For the period, The company expects a seasonal decline in revenue compared to the third quarter, as this period typically represents lower sales volumes for many of its customers as call volumes decline during the holidays. In addition, as previously mentioned, there are certain macroeconomic factors that are weighing down conversation volumes in parts of the company's business.
Despite this, The company anticipates that sales traction will lead to similar revenue levels in the fourth quarter as compared to the year ago period.
