Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in property development, property investment, engineering and construction related activities, environmental engineering, and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. Its segments include Property Development and Investment; Engineering, Construction and Environment; Facilities Management and Parking; and Others. Its Property Development and Investment segment consists of sales of development properties, sales of services and revenue from hotel operations. The Engineering, construction & environment segment consists of services provided for construction contracts and project management services. Facilities management & parking segment consists of rental income for parking spaces, provision of management services and security guard services. Its Others segment consists of sales of construction materials, and management services to subsidiaries.
