Maezawa Kyuso Industries Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6485) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 250,000 shares, representing 1.13% of its issued share capital for ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and increase shareholder returns.
The program is valid till January 31, 2023. As of August 31, 2022, the company had 22,221,181 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 778,819 shares in treasury.
