Lycaon Resources Limited announced appointment of Adrian Di Menna to the Board as non-executive Director and Chairman following the 2023Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 November 2023. Lycaon's current Chairman, Patrick Burke,is to resign as a non-executive Director at the conclusion of the 2023 AGM. Mr. Di Menna is a corporate lawyer with over 12 years' experience advising private and public companies operating in Australia and overseas, particularly in the mining and resources sector.

He has a wide range of experience in equity capital markets (including initial public offerings and secondary capital raisings), mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial law. Mr. Di Menna holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and is currently a lawyer at Steinepreis Paganin, a corporate and commercial law firm. Technical Director, Thomas Langley said Mr. Di Menna would bring significant skills and experience to the Board as the Company looks to develop its exciting Bow River and Stansmore Projects as well as assess additional project opportunities which will add shareholder value.

Mr. Langley also acknowledged the significant role Mr. Burke had played in guiding the Company through its initial public offering and with developments over the past two years since listing.
