The Company operates approximately 23 factories and warehouses, which it owns or leases, occupying a combined built-up area of approximately 1.6 million square feet in Batu Pahat, Malaysia. The Company products are typically manufactured on original design manufacturer (ODM) basis by its in-house designers and on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) basis. The Company products are sold to overseas dealers, such as furniture wholesalers and retailers who generally resell its products to end-users. It also designs and manufactures custom wooden bedroom furniture.
