PHILADELPHIA and NEW YORK, Jan. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP (Morgan Lewis) and Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) announced today that Morgan Lewis extended its lease for 289,432 square feet of Class A office space at Six Penn Center in Philadelphia, PA which is owned by a joint venture controlled by Lexington Realty Trust. Morgan Lewis, one of the 15 largest law firms in the US according to The National Law Journal's NLJ250, leases 100% of the office space at Six Penn Center consisting of floors six through 18. The lease now expires on January 31, 2021. The building also contains prime ground floor retail space and four levels of structured parking.
