Luolai Lifestyle Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002293) and Yixing Capital acquired Lexington Furniture Industries, Inc. from Sun Capital Partners, Inc. on January 6, 2017. Under the new ownership structure, Lexington’s senior management team will remain in place, and day-to-day business operations will remain unchanged. Jon Mahan, Michael Kollender, John McNamara, Dennis Zhang, JR Bartrug, Cait Dooling and Noah Sugarman of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated acted as a financial advisors for Lexington and while Douglas Gessner, Jeremy Liss, Matt Arenson, Jocelyn Hirsch and Amy Livingston of Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as a legal advisors for the transaction.
