Rialto Capital Management LLC and Steelwave, LLC acquired 930 15th Street Office Building in Colorado from CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE:CTL) for $22.5 million on January 14, 2019. Square Mile Capital Management has given $54.6 million to fund Rialto’s acquisition. Leon McBroom and Eric Tupler acted as broker in the transaction and also arranged the financing for the buyers.
