Reference is made to the announcement dated 4 July 2016 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors of LTKM wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition of Lot 1401 has been duly completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
