Logitech on Tuesday unveiled a new AI-enabled video bar for meeting rooms, as well as new tools to facilitate room bookings.

The Swiss manufacturer of technology accessories says its next-generation 'MeetUp 2' camera, which has been designed for medium and small meeting rooms, follows in the footsteps of its previous Logitech MeetUp, the best-selling video conferencing camera in history with over a million units sold.

Made from over 62% recycled plastic, the device incorporates AI-related functionalities to create dynamic views and improve voice quality while suppressing ambient noise.

The system is available at a price of 999 euros.

At the same time, Logitech has announced the launch of new software products enabling remote access to meeting rooms, booking them, knowing their specifics and automating them as part of its Logitech Sync equipment management solution.

This new service will be marketed on the basis of an annual subscription fee of $399.
