Osaic Inc. completed the acquisition of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation and Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation from Lincoln National Corporation.

Osaic Inc. signed a stock purchase agreement to acquire Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation and Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation from Lincoln National Corporation (NYSE:LNC) on December 14, 2023. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is serving as exclusive financial advisor to Lincoln National Corporation. David C. Hepp, Matthew B. Collin, Jessica A. Hough, Bruce Goldner, Joseph M.
