LiJiang YuLong Tourism Co., LTD. (SZSE:002033) signed an agreement to acquire 25% stake in Lijiang Spruce Plateau Travel Ropeway Co., Ltd. from Hong Kong Joyce International Limited for CNY 86 million on June 12, 2016. As of December 31, 2015, Lijiang Spruce Plateau Travel Ropeway had total assets of CNY 96.53 million, net assets of CNY 80.31 million, revenue of CNY 61.32 million, operating profit of CNY 37.96 million and net profit of CNY 32.17 million. The transaction is subject to the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce. The transaction has been approved by Board of Directors of LiJiang YuLong Tourism.
