Ligitek Electronics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 191.676 million compared to TWD 268.602 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 7.941 million compared to operating loss of TWD 2.346 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 64.166 million compared to TWD 214.829 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.56 compared to TWD 1.83 a year ago.
LIGITEK ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and sales of light emitting diode (LED) products and solar energy products. The Company's products include conventional LEDs, super brighter LEDs, white light LEDs, infra-red LEDs, photo pin diodes, photo transistors, seven segment displays, dot matrix displays, backlight displays, LED arrays, LED lighting modules, solar cell modules and others. The Company's products are applied in computers and peripheral products, communication products, consumer products, home appliances, such as refrigerators and televisions, office equipment, such as fax machines and photocopiers, automobile industry, lighting equipment, outdoor and indoor display boards, as well as traffic signals. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
