Business description: LANDNET Inc.

Landnet Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the purchase and sale of used real estate, renovation and renovation after purchase, brokerage and management of rental real estate. The Company operates through two business segments. The Real Estate Trading segment operates two types of businesses. Purchase sales and remodeling sales business purchases used real estate and sells them to real estate agents and investors. The target real estate is divided into one-room type and family type. It is also engaged in the provision of proposals about real estate repair work, room renovation, renewal of equipment, and changes in floor plans. Intermediary business buys and sells real estate depending on the needs of customers and negotiation conditions. The Real Estate Rental Management Business segment consists of rental management and rent guarantee business.
