Lam Soon Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Operating Year Ended December 31, 2021, Payable on April 28, 2022

Lam Soon (Thailand) Public Company Limited at the board of directors meeting held on February 25, 2022 approved the dividend payment for the operating year 2021 ended December 31, 2021 to the shareholders at the rate of THB 0.25 per share. The date of the dividend payment will be April 28, 2022. In this regard, the right to receive such dividend is uncertain as it has not been yet approved by the shareholders at the AGM to be held on April 8, 2022.

The record date for the eligible shareholders who have the right to attend AGM and to receive the dividend payment will be on March 11, 2022.
