Lake House Printers and Publishers PLC announced that Mr.R.C.Samarasinghe, Executive Director's designation has been changed as Non-Executive Director with effect from 03 June 2024. Further the company announced that this was at his personal request to the Board to appoint him as a Non- Executive Director. Accordingly the Board took the said decision.
