Group sales rose by 13.0% to 10.38 billion euros in Q1 2023 on a like-for-like basis (i.e. at identical structure and exchange rates). Growth at constant exchange rates was +14.0%. On a reported basis, it was +14.6%.

At the end of March, the Professional Products Division posted growth of +7.6% on a like-for-like basis (+9.8% on a reported basis). The Consumer Products Division kicks off 2023 with quarterly growth of +14.7% on a like-for-like basis (+15.7% on a reported basis).

L'Oréal Luxe reported growth of +6.5% on a like-for-like basis (+7.7% on a reported basis in the first quarter). The Dermatological Beauty Division reported strong growth of +30.6% on a like-for-like basis (+34.6% on a reported basis).
