Shizuoka Gas Living K.K. agreed to acquire Equipment sales business in Eneria Shizuoka East in Japan of Kyowanissei Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:1981) on September 13, 2018. A basic agreement will be concluded on October 1, 2018 and a contract is expected to be concluded on November 9, 2018. The business reported sales of ¥545 million during the year ending March 31, 2018. The corporate resolution of Board of Directors of Kyowanissei Co.,Ltd. concerning the approval of the split contract is scheduled on October 25, 2018. On October 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Kyowanissei Co.,Ltd. approved the split contract. The Board of Directors passed a resolution for the transaction on September 13, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed on January 1, 2019.
