Kwan's International Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 67.054 million compared to TWD 177.482 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 6.399 million compared to TWD 5.122 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 7.212 million compared to TWD 7.944 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.06 compared to TWD 0.1 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 116.978 million compared to TWD 229.157 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 9.270 million compared to TWD 7.516 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 12.702 million compared to TWD 8.387 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.12 compared to TWD 0.11 a year ago.
Kwan's International Co Ltd is principally engaged in the production, distribution and investment of film and television programs in the cultural and creative industries. The Company's business mainly includes commercial performances such as commercial shows in Macau's famous casinos and hotels, ticketed performances such as ticketed concerts and large scale performances, advertising endorsements of artists in print and media formats, film and television productions or brokerage of major artists. The Company provides services mainly in the domestic market and overseas markets.
