Kung Long Batteries Industrial Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 2,005.878 million compared to TWD 2,184.489 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 321.270 million compared to TWD 300.364 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 257.410 million compared to TWD 299.443 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.15 compared to TWD 3.67 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.15 compared to TWD 3.66 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 4,014.182 million compared to TWD 4,167.744 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 652.488 million compared to TWD 587.373 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 514.083 million compared to TWD 498.916 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 6.29 compared to TWD 6.11 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 6.27 compared to TWD 6.08 a year ago.
