KS Bancorp, Inc. announced a private placement for a gross proceeds of $3,000,000 on September 15, 2022. The company will issue non-convertible debt in the transaction. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $100,000.
The company will issue securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.

The Company operates through its subsidiary, KS Bank, Inc.
