KS Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share for stockholders of record as of July 29, 2022 with payment to be made on August 8, 2022. The $0.20 per share dividend represents a 25% increase of the previous quarter's dividend of $0.16 per share.
KS Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company offers a range of personal and business banking products and services, mortgage products and trust services. The Company operates through its subsidiary, KS Bank, Inc. (the Bank), which conducts its operations through nine full-service branch offices in Kenly, Goldsboro, Wilson, Garner, Selma, Clayton, Wendell, Four Oaks and Smithfield, North Carolina, as well as a loan production office in Dunn.
