We wish to inform you that in terms of Regulation 30 (6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mrs. Rajeshree Indradev Mishra has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 30th June, 2022 and the same has been taken on record by the Board of Directors in the meeting held today (30th June, 2022).

The Company is in the process of identifying or hiring new person for the vacant position. The Company shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the position of CFO is filled up.
