Ltd. for KRW 5,000,000,000, Kiwoom Asset Management Co., Ltd. for KRW 3,000,000,000, CSquared Global Asset Management for KRW 1,000,000,000, Eugene Private Equity for KRW 2,000,000,000, Kyung-ho Park for KRW 1,000,000,000. The bonds will mature on August 13, 2026. The bonds will be 100% converted into 1,959,823 common shares at a fixed conversion price of KRW 16,328 per share for an equity stake of 10.95%. The conversion period is from August 13, 2022 to July 13, 2026. The payment date of the transaction is August 13, 2021. The securities issued in the transaction are subject to a lock up period of one year. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
