Korea Steel Shapes Co., Ltd. agreed to sell 2.1% stake in KISCO Holdings Corp. (KOSE:A001940) for KRW 4.4 billion on September 8, 2016. Under the terms, 0.07 million shares will be sold for KRW 0.07 million per share. For the year ended December 31, 2015 KISCO Holdings Corp. reported total assets of KRW 1.4 million, sales of KRW 1.1 million and net profit of KRW 0.07 million. The board of directors of Korea Steel Shapes Co., Ltd. passed the resolution on September 8, 2016.
