KNeoMedia Limited announced a non-brokered private placement of 108,433,336 fully paid ordinary shares at AUD 0.006 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 650,600 on July 12, 2021. No fee was paid in the transaction. The transaction will include participation from new and existing investors.
