Kirloskar Brothers Limited announced unaudited standalone earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported revenue from operations (net of excise) of INR 5,180 million against INR 4,421 million for the same period a year ago. Net profit was INR 129 million against INR 91 million for the same period a year ago. Basic earnings per share were INR 1.62 against INR 1.15 for the same period a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported revenue from operations (net of excise) of INR 14,623 million against INR 12,987 million for the same period a year ago. Net profit was INR 510 million against INR 331 million for the same period a year ago. Basic earnings per share were INR 6.42 against INR 4.17 for the same period a year ago.
Kirloskar Brothers Limited is engaged in engineering and manufacturing a range of pumps, valves, hydro-turbines and systems for multiple applications. It specializes in engineering and manufacturing of fluid management systems.
