Chen Deng Kun Resigns as an Executive Director and Member of Corporate Governance and Strategy Committee of Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited

The board of directors of Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited announced that Mr. Chen Deng Kun has resigned as an Executive Director of the company, and ceased to be a member of the Corporate Governance and Strategy Committee of the company with effect from 17 August 2016.
