5.Cause of occurrence:
The 2021 shipments were delayed until 2022 due to the port congestion. After
the CPA audit, the sales revenue were deferred NT$15,781 thousand form 2021
to 2022.
In February 2022, customer notified the part of sales in October 2021 have
disputed. After negotiation, the part of sales were 22,989 thousand at a
discount. After consulting the CPA on March 16, 2022, the sales discount
was adjusted in 2021.
