Kaufman & Broad reported sales of 849 ME for the 1st half, up 47% from 575 ME for the same period a year earlier.

At the same time, EBIT came to ME 67.7, versus ME 42.8 a year earlier (+58%), and net income, Group share, stood at ME 38.5, up 69%.

CEO Nordine Hachemi Nordine Hachemi pointed out, however, that the financial results take into account the launch of work on the A7/A8 d'Austerlitz project, which continues to progress according to schedule, thus contributing to the significant increase in Kaufman & Broad's sales and earnings.

The Group also provided further details on its 2023 outlook.
Kaufman & Broad expects net income attributable to equity holders of the parent to increase by around 20%. The Group is targeting sales growth of between 6% and 10%. Lastly, net cash should be around 50 million euros.
