Jones Lang LaSalle is exiting its Hanover Square office, in favor of consolidating its West End teams at 30 Warwick Street. The move will see JLL occupy the entirety of 30 Warwick Street, which will become the firm's new UK and EMEA headquarters and large JLL office in the world. The majority of teams currently housed at its 22 Hanover Square office will move into the building by the end of second quarter 2014.

The building will accommodate around 900 people. Occupier Bridgepoint Capital is relocating from the Crown Estate's 30 Warwick Street this month, which has given Jones Lang LaSalle the opportunity to occupy the whole of the building. JLL will also upgrade various parts of the building including the introduction of a range of different working spaces and improved branding.

The building became King Sturge's headquarters in the West End of London in 2005, prior to the £200 million takeover by JLL in 2011.
