Shaanxi Xinhua Water Conservancy and Hydropower Investment Co., Ltd. signed a framework agreement to acquire 70% stake in Jinchang Guoyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd. from Jiawei Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300317) on December 20, 2019. The specific transaction amount will be determined after Shaanxi Xinhua Water Conservancy and Hydropower Investment completes the full due diligence and signs a formal share transfer agreement. On December 30, 2019, Jiawei Renewable Energy held the second meeting of the fourth directorate and reviewed and approved the transaction.
