JDW Sugar Mills Limited is a Pakistan-based holding company. The Company is engaged in the production and sale of crystalline sugar including its by-products (molasses, bagasse and mud), generation of electricity and managing corporate farms. The Company's segments include sugar, co-generation power, corporate farms and others. The sugar segment is engaged in the production and sale of crystalline sugar and other related joint and by-products. The co-generation power segment is engaged in the generation and sale of electricity to Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited. The corporate farms segment is engaged in the management of corporate farms for cultivation of sugarcane and small quantities of other crops. The others segment includes projects under construction for manufacturing/generation and sale of wood pulp. Its subsidiaries include Deharki Sugar Mills (Private) Limited, Sadiqabad Power (Private) Limited, Ghotki Power (Private) Limited and Faruki Pulp Mills Limited.
