Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. has announced two people have joined the company and another has earned a promotion. Charles Neubauer, Lebanon, has joined JBT as branch manager of the bank's Palmyra office at 2 E. Main St.

Neubauer brings 17 years of banking experience, serving in the area as branch manager and then as assistant vice president, commercial lender. Additionally, he was employed as a broker with J. E. Gruber Investment Recovery Service in Lebanon. In his new position, Neubauer will be responsible for staff development, serving the bank's existing clients, and building new consumer and business relationships.

He is a graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School and Shippensburg University. In the community, Neubauer is a board member with Developmental Disabilities Services of Lebanon County, and he serves as chairman of pastoral council with St. Mary's Church.

He also is a member of City of Lebanon Loan Review Committee. Joseph Marchese, Lititz, has joined JBT as branch manager of the bank's Lebanon office at 122 Bowman St. Marchese brings seven years of banking experience, serving as branch manager and mortgage loan originator with other financial institutions.

In his new position with JBT, Marchese will be responsible for staff development, serving the bank's existing clients, and building new consumer, mortgage and business relationships. Michael Grenier, Strasburg, has been promoted to credit administration officer at JBT's administrative center, located in Cleona. Formerly, he was branch manager of the bank's Quentin Road office.

Grenier has 26 years of experience in the banking field, and has been with JBT for two years.
