Daiwabo Information System (DIS) and Japan Communications (JCI) will launch a new service for DIS corporate customers on December 8, 2014. The service will be based on the telecommunication service structure created for MVNOs as well as cellular connection management platform powered by JCI. DIS and JCI have signed an MVNE outsourcing agreement, where JCI will offer its NTT Docomo's LTE/3G telecommunication service base with its mobile connection management platform.
