Ishikawa Seisakusho, Ltd. (TSE:6208) agreed to acquire Kanto Aircraft Instrument Co.,Ltd. from JAPAN AEROSPACE CORPORATION and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. for approximately ¥450 million on August 9, 2017. The contract is expected to be signed on August 9, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Ishikawa Seisakusho will acquire 1.2 million shares. Upon completion, Kanto Aircraft Instrument Co.,Ltd. will become a subsidiary of Ishikawa Seisakusho, Ltd. For the period ended March 31, 2017, Kanto Aircraft Instrument reported net assets of ¥1.4 billion, total assets of ¥5.7 billion, sales of ¥4.2 billion, operating income of ¥216 million, and net income of ¥145 million. The transaction was resolved by the board of directors of Ishikawa Seisakusho, Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed on August 31, 2017.
