Charter Hall Direct Industrial Fund No.4, managed by Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) agreed to acquire Office Building Located at 24 Wormald Street, Symonston from Irongate Group (JSE:IAP) for AUD 36 million on November 5, 2021. The effective date of the sale is the settlement date under the contract for sale, which is anticipated to be December 13, 2021.
